- 80ml Biladi Tahini
- 80ml water
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 small clove garlic, finely minced (or use blender)
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
Put all the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Alternatively combine all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until fully incorporated. Add extra salt or lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container. Best consumed within three days.
