Ingredients
- 80ml Biladi Tahini
- 80ml unsweetened plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons water
- 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced (or blended)
- a small handful of parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Or place all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until fully incorporated. Add extra salt or lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container. Best consumed within three days.
