Ingredients

  • 80ml Biladi Tahini
  • 80ml water
  • 1 small clove garlic, finely minced (or use blender)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or agave
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • Pinch of of orange zest
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger root, peeled and zested
  • Black pepper, to taste


Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Or place all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until fully incorporated. Add extra salt or lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container. Best consumed within three days.
