Ingredients
- 100g rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 2 tablespoons Biladi Carob Tahini or Biladi Chocolate Tahini
- 120ml almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 banana sliced
- 1 tablespoon sliced almonds (optional)
- 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional)
In a bowl, or glass Mason jar, mix rolled oats, chia seeds, cinnamon, salt, and nuts if adding. Then add milk, chocolate or carob tahini, and honey & banana if you desire. Stir together and place in the fridge overnight. The next morning enjoy your overnight oats!
