Ingredients

  • 80ml Biladi Tahini
  • 80ml unsweetened plain yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced (or blended)
  • a small handful of parsley leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt


Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth. Or place all ingredients in a bowl, and whisk until fully incorporated. Add extra salt or lemon juice to taste. Refrigerate dressing in an airtight container. Best consumed within three days.
