  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 120ml cold water

Place all the ingredients into a bowl and stir vigorously for 1-2 minutes. The sauce will begin to combine and thicken. Do a quick taste test, it may need more lemon or salt. If the consistency is too thick add a tablespoon of cold water and continue stirring. You're looking to be able to drizzle this over fish, falafel, or whatever you prefer.
